What is a Recreation Passport and why do I need it?

The Recreation Passport (replaced the former state parks sticker) is required for vehicle entry into state parks and recreation areas. Belle Isle is considered a state park and as such Recreation Passports are required. If you are a native Michigander you may already have this  –  it can be purchased when you renew your license plate. For more information about this please go to:  DNR – Recreation Passport

What if I don't have a Recreation Passport?

Don’t worry! Just reach out to us via text or call at (248)763-3404 and we will make sure that your vehicle is able to enter and park at Belle Isle for our wedding.

Is there parking at Belle Isle Casino?

Parking is available in a parking lot adjacent to Belle Isle Casino. Please refrain from parking in front of the casino, this area is reserved for pick-up and drop-off of guest only.
